Privacy policy — creator payments

Last updated 1 October 2026

This notice explains how Stics Media handles the information you submit through the creator payments portal. It applies only to payment requests.

What we collect

  • Identity and contact details: legal name, email, country, phone (optional), creator/business name and social profiles.
  • Campaign details: brand, campaign, deliverables, agreed amount, invoices and supporting documents.
  • Payout details needed to send money: bank identifiers (such as account number, IBAN, SWIFT, IFSC), or PayPal, Wise, UPI or Payoneer identifiers.
  • Technical records: IP address and timestamps when you submit, accept the declarations, track a request or send a message.

We never ask for card numbers, CVVs, online-banking passwords, OTPs or PINs.

How we use it

Only to verify and pay your request, keep accurate financial records, contact you about the request, prevent fraud and meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.

Who can see it

Authorised Stics Media finance staff. Payout details are encrypted and masked by default; revealing them requires specific permission and every reveal is logged. We share details only with the bank or payment provider used to pay you, and with service providers that host our systems (database, file storage and email), under confidentiality obligations.

How long we keep it

Financial records and supporting documents are kept for as long as accounting and tax law requires (typically up to 8 years), then deleted. Security logs are kept as long as needed to protect the service.

Your choices

You can ask to access or correct your information, or ask questions about this notice, by emailing payments@sticsmedia.com. Some records cannot be deleted while we are legally required to keep them.

Template notice: Stics Media should have this reviewed by legal counsel for the jurisdictions it operates in (e.g. India’s DPDP Act, GDPR) before launch.
