Payment request terms

By submitting a payment request you agree to the following.

• You are the creator (or authorised representative of the business) that completed the campaign work described in the request.
• The payout details belong to you or to an account you are authorised to receive payment into. Payments sent to details you provide are treated as paid to you.
• The amount requested matches your agreement with Stics Media or the brand. Requests may be adjusted or rejected if they do not match the agreement or the deliverables.
• Submitting a request does not guarantee immediate payment. Payments are made after review, according to your agreement’s payment terms.
• Bank, conversion or provider fees may be deducted by intermediaries. The amount actually paid will be shown on your tracking page.
• Keep your tracking code private. Anyone with the code can view the status of the request, but never your payout details.
• Stics Media may contact you to verify your identity or details before paying, and will never ask for passwords, OTPs or card details.
